Each conference room has a computer and a flat-panel display or projector. Please bring your own dry erase markers to HCC conference rooms. If you do not have any, you may check out markers and erasers at the HCC Info Desk in the lobby. Upon booking, your request will be reviewed by HCC staff. You will receive an email when your request is being processed and when your request has been approved or denied. All communication from the LibCal system will go to your UMW email. Please allow us a minimum of 24 hours during the week to respond to your request and a minimum of 48 hours on the weekends.
NOTE: Conference rooms are NOT capable of web-based video conferencing (Skype, Google Hangout, etc.) without additional preparation. The HCC Info Desk has webcams, microphones, and a VOIP phone available for checkout, and can help set up the equipment for your meeting. Please reserve an extra 30 minutes for set up and testing before your meeting is scheduled to begin.
If you require adaptive equipment (large monitor, CCTV, traditional keyboard and mouse), the staff at the HCC Info Desk can provide and setup this equipment for you.
